i5 4670k with msi z87 g41 or fx 8350 with asus M5A99fx pro R2.0?

I know intel is currently beating AMD in single threaded applications. But seeing as consoles will have AMD hardware I was thinking that maybe I should go with an FX 8350 in case developers code the game well to use all 8 cores.

I don't plan to overclock my processor although I do plan to overclock my GPU which I will wait for the AMD 9000 series rumored launch in October.

The things I will be using my PC for: Pc games and web browsing.

Saves me 55 dollars on the CPU motherboard combo. The other combos are out of my price range. Total price of the intel combo would be 255 (not including taxes) Fx combo is slightly more expensive at 265 (not including taxes). Fx combo saves me 40 dollars
