Do you have the Latest drivers installed? Does the card get hotter in Arma than BF3 (unlikely thought, BF3 is more demanding)

Hmmm, everything looks fine. anything under 85-90C is perfectly fine for a GPU. Maybe you enable a FPS lock in ARMA? Sorry, I honestly have no clue what could be wrong

This so weird man, maybe reinstall the game or check for missing files if you are playing through steam?
I verified integrity of game cache of Call of Duty Black Ops 2 before when I had fps drops and it was fixed after that. Maybe give it a shot, hopingt you are using steam.

If your playing on multiplayer, that is heavily dependent on CPU, maybe its your temps, it was for me, try lowering AA and the such, that card does run it better than that though, never heard it running that low for me. Good Luck
