Yep, you heard right. I still have my old computer that served me well for over six years running an E8400 cpu. I noticed now when I plug it in how it slow it is when connecting to the internet. More specifically bringing up websites. Since this is a two core cpu, the thought cross my mind of getting something like a Q6600 four core cpu. Do you guys think a cheap upgrade like that is going to increase the system's speed when accessing websites? I know its a lower speed but it is also four cores. Any advice is appreciated.
