Hi everyone,

Im sorry for posting like this as i know that i could get good general information by browsing the forums, but ive just invested in a new pc after my old one "caught fire", i was wondering what the realistic overclocking potential of this was, i have read that the motherboard is good and the cpu are good for overclocking, but the cooling im unsure of.

Intel i5-4670K 3.4GHz processor

Intel Z87 Motherboard

AMD Radeon HD7950, 3GB GDDR5 384bit Graphics Card

Kingston HyperX 2x4Gt, DDR3 1600MHz, CL9-RAM

1TB, 3.5 ", SATA3 hard drive

Burning SATA plug-in DVD drive

Thermalright True Spirit 90 m Processor cooler

Cooltek Antiphon ATX Case, Black

Silverstone 500W Power Supply

I play World of warcraft a lot and i heard that the game gained the biggest boost in performance from running a super high clocked CPU.

Is it possible to safely overclock the graphics card aswell.

A lot will depend on your individual CPU, but would say a min of 4.4 to 4.6 could be expected

4.4 - 4.6 (as much as i love hearing that high) seems quite extreme, obviously im not in the know how but would you not need severe cooling power for that sort of overclock.

I haven't used your cooler, but am planning initially anyway to use a Hyper 212 EVO on mine next weekend (well it's be a 4770K), but would think yours should be fine for 4.4 anyway...Coolermaster is releasing a new V8 model on the 8th, plan to try that, but won't have it by the weekend, and am planning to take that weekend off for the build and playing
