So I put it all together, and when I plug it in the green light on the mobo comes on; but when I press the power button nothing happens.
I did read the sticky, and double check that stuff.
I don't have a trouble shoot speaker, but I don't know if it would do me any good if I cant get anything to turn on.
Some times when I press the on switch the cpu fan twitches, and keyboard leds flash for a second.

This is the build
Mobo; asus- z87 k
CPU; intel i5 4670k
Ram; Crucial 2x2 GB d3 1600
PSU; coolmaster 500w EXTREME power plus
graphics; integrated
HDD; 1tb WesternD green
cpu cooler; stock

Thank you grave digger, I did the paper clip in the green and black wire test and it worked do you still think it's worth getting another one?

Also I tested the on off and reset switches and they are good also.

testing with paper clip it seems worked(Psu Fans is spinning) but it does't mean that Psu work Properly, to make sure, just put another PSU(from your Old PC or borrow from your friend) on it..i've a bad feeling about that PSU :pfff:
