After Finally building and installing windows, what to do?

Hi

My components are by estimate arriving from NCIX at around Tuesday and I am just planning over what to do after building it and installing Windows 8

Anyway, My main concern is what to Download first , I dont mean stuff like chrome etc but drivers, and what order to do so

Ex
Should I do windows update first or I upgrade my bios or gpu or LAN audio and wifi or what

Could I please get an order too

First I'd suggest being ready, day before you plan to start the build, go ahead and get the latest BIOS - pref a version you can direct flash via the BIOS, then download all the newest mobo drivers from the manufacturers website (good possibility the drivers that arrive on CD with the mobo will already be out of date), put 'em on a flash drive and you're ready to go

Go ahead and load Win, when done update the mobo drivers, then head off to Win Update, it can download and install the Win updates as you load your apps, and if need be overnight
