ASUS GTX 760 VS MSI N760 [3 words required?]

Not sure which one is better to use in my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1nTZC

I don't fully understand the difference, other than that the MSI performs better, but according to Tradesman1 the Asus is more relient?

I would get the Asus one because though the MSI one will be slightly better, it's such a minuscule difference that it's not worth the lowered reliability. I have had many Asus parts and they have all functioned flawlessly and I know someone who purchased MSI parts and he had some issues

Funny I'm in the exact opposite boat. Friend has had no good experiences with ASUS so far. Monitor he purchased had issues, motherboard was DOA 5 times in a row, etc.

i just got the msi 760. i really like it, overclocked the core to almost 1300MHz
