Need Help Deciding on a PSU

Okay, so I recently bought a new GPU for my PC, and of course, the PC does not have the correct power supply to run it. So, I'm deciding on what PSU I need to get to sustain it. The GPU does need about 400W, but I'm not that great with shopping for power supplies. I only use Newegg and my budget is $50. Can you guys help me?

The best place to start is by looking at this list that breaks down various companies into tiers for quality psus.

The one you have selected isn't shown on the list, but with the exception of Rosewill's hive and capstone, it has Rosewill psu's listed as tier 5. Dangerous psus, and should be avoided.

Here is one that is a tier 2 psu, plus modular. $39.99 after mail in rebate. (Normally $70)
