Well if you are using it for gaming, I'd say go with the H100i cooler. I have had mine in for about 2 weeks and my temps are excellent when my 4670k is OC'd to 4.0. I only have a EVGA GTX 760 4gb model. I'd say grab the 770 for better performance if you can afford it. The build I did was pretty good. You could go with a cheaper motherboard if you wanted. Depends on what you need on the motherboard. (example like mSATA how many usb ports? etc.)
