Is it possible to get 60FPS on most PC games on ultra using a single card set-up, or is it pretty much required that you run SLI/Crossfire with 2 cards for that kind of performance.

I have a single monitor that's max res is 1920x1080, OC 2500k-i5 to 4.5GHz, 8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM.

If I wanted to hit stable 60FPS Ultra on say games like Battlefield 3, Crysis, etc what single card would I buy, or what 2 cards in SLI/Crossfire should I buy?

Price isn't a concern.

Solution

for 60 fps in Crysis 3 all high and 1920x1080 , you will need 2x GTX 770 in SLI , but if Money is no concern get 2x GTX 780 in SLI , for future proof .

and if you pick GTX 770 SLI , be sure it is 4G Version not 2G...
