USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: I am a hardcore gamer, playing high-end games such s DayZ, Skyrim, Crysis 3, Farcry 3, etc.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: I am currently using a a Sapphire Radeon HD 7770, with a OCZ Fatal1ty 550W Modular Gaming Power Supply

If you are lucky you may find an Nvidia GTX660 or Radeon HD 7870 at around $200 after rebate. You'll need to have a power supply with 500w+ for these cards and 2 PCI power connectors.

You may know that Tom's Hardware has a recommended video card article they update regularly, this is the latest update:

Check techbargains.com or newegg.com's daily bargains for good choices. Personally I like XFX, ASUS, MSI and EVGA for my card purchases. But there are more budget friendly companies like Sapphire too. Make sure you check the user feedback before diving in.
