Mouse and Keyboard stopped working when installing Windows NT 4.0.
Installation can not continue without key board or mouse.

Solution
Hmmm... of course as this a fresh disk and you're installing it from scratch, there would be no drivers... what is the other OS you're trying to dual boot?

Just a suggestion, but maybe you could run Windows NT as a virtual machine inside of the other OS, if it's a more recent version of windows. Unfortunately, you cannot dual boot an older OS with a new one.

Thanks stealthinator for trying to help.
I am trying to install NT 4.0 on a p4 3ghz 2gb ram 80g h drive.
There is NO drivers for any device on NT 4 at the installation time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You have to use Serial ( Mouse & Keyboard ) to work around.
for any body who will need to do what i did .

USB would not work because there is no drivers installed yet.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
my system does not have A drive - can not use DOS BOOT.
How to install NT4.0 on a computer from scratch?
Dos can only see 2gb space.

I am trying to make DUAL BOOT for NT & another OS.

Thanks again
