how cooler master evo 212 will make difference

Hello, with intel stock cooler my i5 3570 max temp using prime 95 is between 80-85 and my room temp is always 30-35. During gaming max temp never goes above 62. so im fine with intel stock cooler or do i need 3rd party cooler.
if i use evo 212 cpu cooler how much it will lower my temps.

Unfortunately mx4 is not available in pakistan. will paste came with cooler shouldnt be enough.

The difference between cheapest and most expensive thermal paste is like 5c, youll be fine.
