I just bought gigabyte z87x-ud4h will coolermaste v8 fit and use all the memory slots?

Hi everyone i just bought gigabyte z87x-ud4h and 4670k i want to use my old cpu fan coolermaster v8 and use all the memory slots.The ram i have is corsair vengence 4x4gb 1600(http://www.corsair.com/vengeance-8gb-dual-channel-ddr3-memory-kit-cmz8gx3m2a1600c8.html).I know that they are a bit large.Will they all fit together just fine?

Thank you but i don't have the mobo right now will be here wednesday guess i'll find it out then. As for the memory i want to keep them .In case the memory touches the cpu fan is there a problem?
