I want to build a pc with a budget of 1300euro i dont need a mouse , keyboard or monitori gonna mostly use it for gaming (highest settings) the mobo needs to have sli support and all the parts need to come from amazon.fr

Why Amazon ? there are tons in EU selling online ... you will pay alot in Amazon ...
