Hello guys
I have one more question. AMD fx8350 have 8cores, Intel i5-4670k have 4cores. I want to play games. I know if I chose Intel i5-4670k then I have to upgrade it in 3-4 years. But if I chose AMD fx8350 then how many years it can play games.? can it play games approx 5-8years.? it have 8cores.
I don't care if difference is about 5-10fps. I just want to play games on playable fps. I will use gtx 650ti boost or gtx 760.
guys help me plzz .
thank you in advance.

Solution
For future proofing considering that you would be playing newer games as they launch then the 8350 would be better as the next gen games are sure to be optimized for more cores and hence getting a 8 core processor would help a little more.

But considering the longetivity, both the CPU's would perform good for about the same time period, so if you are into future proofing then go for the AMD 8 core 8350 which is sure to be awesome performing for future games that would use more than 4 threads at a time. So in that case the AMD 8 core would help a lot.

Also it is cheaper and can be overclocked very high for epic performance.

It might be a little behind the i5 for now, but in the future the 8350 is a definite winner, something that I...

I hope this helps. Is there anything else I can do for you? I would be happy to help.

actually I tested price on flipkart is high around Rs2000 than local stores.

by the way my budget is around Rs35000.
I need cpu, mobo, ram, gpu but it may be later, psu haswell certified and also case. lol. its full pc.

This is the best build for your budget. I have not included the Graphics card as in this budget you could not get a good graphics card, so this would get your build up and running and then whenever you have the money, then get a good graphics card. Something like a 660 or better.
So, this is the best build for the price.

CPU: AMD FX 8320 (₹10455 @ Flipkart)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 (₹10260 @ Flipkart)
PSU: Corsair CX 600 80 Plus (₹4425 @ Flipkart)
RAM: 2 x Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB (₹4664 @ Flipkart)
Case: Bitfenix Merc Alpha (₹2805 @ TheITDepot)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (₹2660 @ Flipkart)
Total: ₹35269

I hope this helps. Is there anything I can help you in?

Can you please post some arguments on favour of your second statement (About the Motherboard). I mean just saying that one thing is better than the other would not do here. You would have to back up your claims with proofs. You just cannot say that one thing is better than the other when in reality they are both good motherboards. The Gigabyte one has better VRM for the best overclocking performance.
