I'm looking at getting a new motherboard to go along with a 4670k, which means I will probably be getting into some over-clocking and have these three selected as they are around the price I am willing to spend.

So I was wondering is it worth going for the UD3H over the D3H due to the extra features or should I go with the AsRock one?
