Have OS 8 installed on seperate hdd but have games ran on a second hdd

I need to know how to have windows 8 installed on a 80gb hard drive and everything installed on a 2 tb hard drive but my games and programs are ran from the 2tb hard drive. I have a 2tb with 700gbs + of programs and games but they arent installed to the 80gb . How do i get this to work

some games wont work after a windows instalation... you will have to either reinstall them or "tweak" some directories (google every program/game for that... :(( )

ok so what if I have a hard drive that had windows 8 and over 700gb of games and applications installed
?? AND I want to use that hard drive but none of the games or applications work? they arent installed ???

Cant I just add some files to the windows 8 hard drive to make them be installed but not having much actually on the hard drive?

You would have to go track down every single registry key and change the pointer to the new drive... this would take you SO much longer than just reinstalling the games to the new drive as crisan suggested above, you might as well go grab the install disks now.
