Need More Than One Fan Connector on my Asus M87L-M

With my new build(first in about ten years) I realized my mobo only has one case fan connection and the CPU fan connector plug. The problem is that the case has two chassis fans. I've plugged in the front fan, leaving the rear fan inoperable.

Is this a problem I need to worry about or is it okay with just one fan running? If it's an issue, how can I find a way to connect the rear fan up to power?

Solution
I think you can buy some fan splitter cables so you can connect more fans to one plug, only downside is, and don't quote me on this one, that you can't control the speed of them.
