I will be having an i5-3470 ivy this week, and when it comes to motherboard i'd be observing a tight budget.

Which of these too are good for my processor, what does LE means?

ASRock H61M-VS3
or
ASUS PH61 M LE

other specs:
my gpu is: gtx 650 ti oc ed
2x4gb gskill ripjaws
corsair 450watts

thank you for answering. :)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157295 This seems like a pretty good board for you money. It seems a lot of people like the asrock extreme series for LGA1155 boards. Whadda you think?

dont get anything less than H77 chipset ... if you can get Z77 .. avoid low level cheap motherboards.

i just put together a budget system with the Asrock H61M-VS3 + G2120. no issues so far. I'm using it Apacer DDR3 1600mhz Ram 2x4Gb in dual channel mode and Corsair 450W psu. If I'm not mistaken, the board doesn't have gigabit LAN if that's important to you. It also supports only SATA2 and USB2.0 only. None of that matters to me since it's a budget system. Cheap board and works well (so far).
