Best CPU cooler max $125

What is the best CPU cooler? I want to OC but the most important part is noise. I don't want something that gives out so much of noise. I will max spend $125 on a CPU cooler. If that not is enough for a low noise and OC able cooler, will I go down in OC.

More about cpu cooler max 125
  1. get a Corsair H110i
  2. Can only find corsair H100i
  3. Noctua NH-D14. CLLCs can be relatively noisy from the pump sometimes, and are usually overpriced/underperforming.
  4. I thought that water cooling was much better and had a lower noise level than air colling
  5. In some cases that's just marketing. The better ones can be, but are much more expensive, and often custom built/DIY.

The pumps sometimes make a buzzing noise which can be transmitted through your chassis.

  7. The best would be nzxt kraken x60 which is better than h100i

CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X60 98.3 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($107.99 @ Newegg)
  8. Newegg don't ship to Denmark and at me it almost cost $200($195,53)
  9. It's a intel core i5 4670
  10. Then u should get a hyper 212 evo
This costs 30$ here would be reasonable there

    Its best cooler
It is having perfrmance nearly a h100
  11. And that is good? It cost $46 at me.
Its not because money is a problem and i can maybe just save some more so i can get a kraken x60, if that is the best cooler on the market.
  12. Best answer
Yes its the best save more to get it
    Hyper 212 evo would o.c. 4670 to 4.3-4.5
  13. Actually, if it's a 4670 there's no point in getting much of a cooler. It's locked.

    You want a 4670K.
