Looks good I would drop RAM down to 8GB if your close to your budget limit cause its not really needed.
I would also go with the Hyper 212 for cooler

all together it costs around $1600 and the FRIO CPU cooler is $60 and i heard its really good, i forgot to mention im overclocking.

PS. Im using my computer to Record, Gaming and Rendering
