Yes it will fit. A good ATX case will have standoff position for Micro ATX motherboards. And everything is fine with your build.

yes for m-atx and maybe for GTX660.

Prefer the Predator for an extra $10, that will definitely fit both.

Diablotek has pretty bad build quality. Very flimsy and bad fans. But it will work.
