Hello, I'm not particularly computer savvy, but I shall try and explain this the best I can.
As of 2 nights ago, when put to sleep (or shut down even), my computer's fans seemingy start up and go on hyperdrve, as well as the orange/red LED lights flare up.
Furthermore, if unplugged, my cpu turns on as soon as plugged back in, whether I push the on button or not. (If button clicked on back is off, it does not turn on, as makes sense).
I've done some googling, and I've heard it could be related to BiOS settings, but I've never tampered with them nor installed anything (to my knowledge) recently.
Thanks for any input

Do I want to download "drivers" or "Bios?" Obviously bios seems more likely, however not being sure, and knowing all too well the consequences of screwing up, I would love for this to work. I'm currently at "http://www.gigabyte.tw/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2844&dl=1#dl" which is, 99.99% sure my MoBo. While staring at the screen, I'm fairly certain I've answered my own question, I do indeed want Bios, but how can I tell which version I already have?
edit: ive figured out which version I have, sorry I'm a little worried and am overlooking some easy details. I'm using CPU-Z to figure this out, if that is any help to my plight

You don't have to download the same Bios that you have now but update them istead. That is also better then downloading your current Bios. No worry about overlooking some things :) It's an easy mistake. Do you know where to download the Bios or do you need a link? :)

I download the newer version from the above link, I'm fairly sure? and than unzip it in the event it needs to be unzipped, stick it to my usb, pop it in the cpu, restart and go into bios, (of which I know very little) I wouldnt mind if you linked me as well, to make sure we're on the same page. My model is "EP45-DS3L" Socket 775 LGA
