CPU + RAM = YES they will work together

Quote:
Memory Specifications
Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 32 GB
Memory Types DDR3-1333/1600
# of Memory Channels 2
Max Memory Bandwidth 25.6 GB/s
ECC Memory Supported ‡ No

RAM and CPU + Motherboard = YES

Quote:
4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/here = 1600/1333 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
Dual Channel Memory Architecture
Supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP)
* Hyper DIMM support is subject to the physical characteristics of individual CPUs.
* Refer to www.asus.com or user manual for the Memory QVL (Qualified Vendors Lists).[/qoute]

and the rest will work anyway.

EDIT

forgot to say CPU supports NON-ECC RAM

Thanks for the help, I was confident it would work but I need that outside opinion.

£1000, I could upgrade to haswell/4th gen but it really is no improvement and maybe even 16gb of ram but if I end up upgrading this rig, I'll upgrade ram and CPU first. The graphics card is a beast and the motherboard is fine, the rest is great too.
