GPU Will it fit in my Case / on my Motherboard?

Im new to building PC's so all the help, the better. I already have the all the parts but the graphics card. My question is with the Graphics Card listed below (HD 7970 3GB Ghz Edition), will it fit in my case and on my motherboard? Also will their be a lot of bottlenecking or not very much at all? Thanks


CPU - AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard - Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
RAM - Corsair 4GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory |
Harddrive - Seagate 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Graphics Card | Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB Video Card
Case - Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply - Corsair Builder 600W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium

it would fit 100% cooler master HAF 912 has plenty of room and can support up to triple slot gpus

dual slot gpu like the sapphire hd7970ghz would easily fit

Even if you had a longer gpu you could always remove the hard drive cage for extra space

Your fx8350 is a fine cpu wouldnt bottleneck at all

still the dimensions are very similar. Worst case scenario, just detach the hard drive cage like I did for coolermaster storm enforcer to mount and extra fan behind the gpu. Not that its necessary since the gpu should fit even with the hdd cage
