Can this run the latest games and render fast?

Gonna build this for video editing / 3D Rendering and for some awesome gaming. Want to know if there are any hiccups or issues that you may find and that you would recommend otherwise!

Looks very solid, personally I'd save some on motherboard unless you really need those extra bells and whistles you get over, say Z87-A.

The PSU is overkill. Unless you plan on getting a second 770 later for SLI, a 500-600W PSU will probably work for you.

I intend on future upgrading the rig, not wanting to remove the PSU in the process. So yeah.
