About to order my first gaming PC and truth be told, I don't know much about all the different parts other than the few days research i've done.. If someone could looks over these and tell me if they're good / compatible it would be a great help! Any improvements / money saving I could make would be great.

Processor: Intel i5-4670 (3.4Gz) 6MB cache
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus Vi Hero
Power Supply: Corsair 650W Enthusiast
RAM: 8GB Kingston 1600Hz (2x4)
Graphics card: 2GB Geforce GTX 760
Hard drive: 1TB WD Caviar Black 6Gb/s 64MB cache
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Also, would I need another processor cooler other than the standard one? I don't plan on overclocking.

Solution
Yes you need a decent cooler and a K CPU to overclock. You also will need a z87 board. I would get a cheaper board than you have now. Its super overkill.

The coolermaster hyper 212 evo is a very good cooler for the money.

Hmm, well actually.. there is a chance I may overclock in the future once I maybe know a bit more heh :3 So, if I was to switch my CPU to a 'k' version, would a Z87 still be an alright mobo? And then I assume I would need a decent cooler?

Thanks for your help! :)
