I have a FoxconnM61PMX motherboard. The problem I am having is that every time I shut down or restart the computer, I have to change the date and time as it resets after shutting down. Several times. I changed the CMOS battery, but that didn't change the problem. Please help me on this matter, thanks.

Thank you for your reply. I didn't update anything. I want to let you know that recently I bought a used motherboard which I tried to fix to my computer. Everything works when I did this except the time- and every time I start/restart the computer, I have to change the time. I hope this will help you determine what's wrong.
