On the intel side, the cheapest CPU i would buy (and not for gaming) is the Pentium G2120, i can have one for 60$ CAD paired that with a B75 or H77 motherboard for 80$ and 4 or 8gb of ddr3 for 60$ and you get a low priced workstation (don't expect to do video rendering tho)

If you can squeeze up 120$ the I3 3220 is a lot faster (i mean easily 50% faster) and have better integrated graphics too...

You could also go on the AMD side with an APU like the A8 5600K that can be found at 80$ and a FM2 socket mobo would cost you around 80$ too, the ram is also DDR3 so another 60$

The A8 integrated graphics is a lot faster than both the G2120 and the I3 3220 and it's raw cpu power is on par with the I3 3220 (however the I3 have newer instructions so it's faster in gaming and video editing)

yeah just to connect to internet all the time , print some bills , word processing , listen to songs, watch videos and the usual basic things ...

but i dont want very cheap or out dated processors ,,. i like to have some standard processor within my budget so that it can't be too old or outdated in next year ...

This is the best build I can suggest to you for that budget and believe me, it is an awesome build that should last very long if used for office purpose only. The i5 is a beast for office tasks and would do all that just like butter. So here is the build.

CPU: Intel i5-3330 (₹11918 @ Flipkart)
Motherboard: MSI B75MA-P45 (₹4320 @ Flipkart)
RAM: 2 x Kingston HyperX Blu DDR3 4 GB (₹4664 @ Flipkart)
PSU: Seasonic SS400BT 80 Plus Bronze PSU (₹2620 @ Flipkart)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1 TB (₹4450 @ Flipkart)
DVD: Asus DRW-24D3ST DVD (₹1131 @ Flipkart)
Case: Antec NSK4400 ATX Cabinet (₹1350 @ TheItDepot)
Total: ₹30454

I hope this helps. Take a look at it and tell me what you think about it. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

hi bro
the mobo u are suggesting is micro atx but case is atx .. will they fit together ? anyway i like to have atx form factor

Why would you need a good ventilation for a unoverclockable i5 3330 CPU? I mean it does not generate much heat.

Anyways if you can fit a better build in the same budget and please you are welcome to do so..
