i5-4670K Not Lowering Voltage/Core Speed in Adaptive Mode

Hi all, I had set up my i5-4670K with power saving enhancements enabled as well as C-states, and the voltage and core speed was dropping at idle. Maybe I have fiddled with something, but, no matter what I do, I can't get them to drop at idle now in adaptive mode! :??:

Any help? Thanks.

Figured out I had to set minimum processor state to 0%--after being told by several people, to set it to maximum. Jesus H. Christ, there is so much miss-information on the internet! :kaola:

It doesn't necessarily need to be zero... just something less than 100.
