Hi, i was wonder if it was possible to take the :C Drive from my Desktop and put it in my laptop. If i did put my Hard Drive in the laptop would the programs ect on the Drive still work?

Also would there be problems with Drivers, would i need to put the ones for the laptop on my desktops Hard Drive?

(The Drive in my PC does fit in the Laptop)

You definitely must replace the old drivers (for the desktop's hardware) with the new drivers (for the laptop's hardware). For example if your desktop has an nVidia card and your laptop has an AMD card you can't keep using the old drivers.

You may need to reinstall some programs because registry entries may be missing or incorrect after the move. E.g. some program may have a registry entry pointing to drive D when in fact your laptop doesn't have a drive D (but the desktop used to have one).

It's probably best to just bite the bullet and format the drive before you move it and reinstall everything after you move it. More work up front but safer.
