Hello guys i want to get mobo for i7 3770k, i want to overclock it to like 4,5GHz with NOCTUA NH-D14, i have 2questions i would like to see answers with both questions answers in it. Here they are:
1. Which mobo for overclocking 3770k, MSI Z77 MPOWER or ASROCK Z77 EXTREME4?
2. Which termal paste should i use for NOCTUA NH-D14? Arctic Cooling MX-4 or NOCTUA NT-H1??

Both are good motherboards. The MPOWER is a better board but the Extreme4 is more than enough and will still achieve a great overclocking.

As for the thermal paste, the NT-H1 is one of the best ones out there. You must have got some with the NH-D14.
