First Build Need Suggestions Fast

Hello! This will be my first computer build and was looking for some suggestions on the build and if there is anything that should be changed. Also if there is any advice you guys might have. I'm planning on purchasing the parts as soon as possible. Thanks for the help!

EDIT: Also need an OS, can't decide between Windows 7 and Windows 8

Get a mobo with the Z87 chipset. more features, better for a gamer

no. there are no benefits of z87 over h87 other than overclocking, which i can assure you doesnt do much to gaming nor is it meant for gamers

-there are no practical differences between the 4430 and 4570. not much of a reason to pay 10 bucks more for something that is unnoticeable
-you dont need a CPU cooler or a atx motherboard
-the GPU is cheaper at us.ncix. no reason to buy exclusively to newegg
-the case i chose is a total steal for that price. its regular price is around 109.99. cant go wrong with it and it will last quite a while
-cheaper dvd drive
