I recently got a Corsair 600t SE and I would like to have it set up for negative pressure. My setup would be 1 200mm CM Megaflow in front, 2x 120 mm Corsair High Airflow fans on top and the stock rear fan that comes with the case. I currently have the mesh window on and an additional 120 mm fan which blows on my 2x 6870s.

Is it impossible for me to get negative pressure with the mesh on?
If I put the plastic window on would my graphics cards suffer?

I would not be concerned about positive or negative pressure..... all this means is:

-Air is either coming in or going out of vent holes, nooks and crannies.... no bigga deal if all intake openings have filters .... can be bad if not
-If you have a lot more air going in than ya have going out thru fan openings (or visa versa), your cooling system is suffering from inefficiencies due to excessive static pressures.

Not sure why ya want negative pressure inside the case .... your PC will act and as a "room air filter" collecting dust from the room. But this is what every PC does, regardless of positive or negative air pressure.....if air is going in anywhere the filters at that location will collect dust. In your case, however all the openings not just the fan inlets will admit dust.

Just to clarify the 2 at the top are 1 back are exhaust and the 200mm (which has a filter in front of it) and the 1 side are intake. But anyways so should I just put the plastic side window on instead to minimize dust?
