Crysis 1

Crysis 1: CPU Usage was around 70% - 85%
Crysis 2: CPU Usage was around 95% - 100%

Never knew Crysis 2 was that CPU intensive since the recommended requirements was a Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHZ and a GTX 280 . So I though my Computer will run it well too bad it ran like trash. Good thing I didn't get Crysis 3

Solution
Crysis 2 was more in a concrete jungle and required less power compared to Crysis 1 which was in the jungle and had a lot of foilage to render. Crysis 2 also benifeted from the newer technology. For example when I was playing Crysis 1, my GPU would be in the 70s and my FPS would be around 45-60 (Vsync) in more demanding areas then the beginning. In Crysis 2 I had a constant 60fps (again Vsync) and was always at 60C. GPU= EVGA GTX 770 SC with ACX.

Or something I overlooked and cookybiscuit brought up is that your CPU is underpowered, which it is
