I power it up and it immediately turns itself off again(nothing at all shows onscreen). Unplugged everything, took the clock out just plugged monitor mouse and keyboard and it worked. Plugged all again, and dead again, tried taking the click again , nothing, took everything out again and clock and not even that works anymore...i also reset the bios using the jumper, but still no good.
Bought a new psu, more powerful, but same issue. Took the ram out, tried different dims, unplugged gpu, , took all the hdd’s out, still same issue. I also thought it might be a looping reset, so I took out the reset connection from the mobo, but still no good.
Only thing I have plugged in at the moment is the gpu, cpu, ram and mobo. All of the fans are working while the pc is on(that few seconds)

please check the video where i actually show it happening and explain as i go

Solution
get a camera stand  Hurts my head watching that video.

Make sure all the sticks of ram are seated, re-seat the video card, check your cable connections. Look for burned marks on the motherboard

oh, disconnect all your drives, too. see if you can get it to just post, first.

take your video card out and see if you can use the integrated graphics
