The board isn't compatible with a Haswell CPU, you'll need a LGA 1150 for that.

Something like an ASUS Z87

With that Video Card, youi may want to rethink the PSU. A Corsair TX 650 ( or HX 650 ) will do nicely.

While a 500W PSU is easily enough for a GTX760, the specific model you've selected may not be. All of the Corsair "CX" line are made by CWT for Corsair, but the non-modular ones use some inferior Samxon capacitors that don't like heat and are known for early failure. Fine in light-duty office builds, I wouldn't put one in a gamer. The modular ones, otoh, use all-Japanese capacitors. They aren't too much more expensive either, maybe $10 or so.
Or, for a bigger jump in quality, go for a Seasonic "G" series; they have a 550W model in that line.

Good points on the caps. The Seasonic should be fine as well. I tend to get a lot more than I need in wattage, trying to get some decent overhead on the rail.
