Can I use a reference and a non-reference GPUs in SLi?

I currently have a non-reference (evga) 680, looking to get another one for sli. One option is an asus reference model, will they work together in SLI?

yes, you can SLI them, but be aware the SLI'ing will only work at the at the specs of whichever card has the lowest/worse specs.
