A few months ago I replaced the on board graphics card with a raedon hd graphics card 7780. It was working great until about 2 days ago when I was playing a video game and then it froze. I had to shut the computer off and then every time I tried to turn it on in normal mode I got an error message and my only option was to start in safe mode. I uninstalled the graphics card and then was able to start in normal mode. After reinstalling the graphics card and updating drivers,I wasn't able to start in normal mode. I recently installed netgear(about a week ago) and now whenever I download driver updates for my graphics card, I cant start in normal mode and netgear stops working. I have tried updating, restoring the computer, and uninstalling and reinstalling both netgear and the graphics card. I do not have wireless capabilities in the computer and no way of connecting to the router unless I move my comp which isn't possible. could netgear be the cause of my graphics card suddenly not working? I don't have another comp to test it on. I am in normal mode now without using a graphics card and netgear is working. under device manager the graphic card is listed as the onboard one, not the one I put in.

I think the GPU is dead. Replace it.
