So I'm upgrading my computer with a new CPU and Graphics Card. This is the CPU and Graphics Card I'm planning to get.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113280 (AMD A10-5800K)

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125446 (GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2GB)

My Graphics Cards power supply should at least need 400W. And I don't know if my PSU is even over 400W.

Picuture of my PSU: http://puu.sh/3TTZn.jpg

And I honestly don't know what will happen if I do get a 400W Power Supply. Is my motherboard compatible with it? I just started learning about this CPU GPU. So don't say mean stuff D:
And also if you could find me a really cheap PSU but a really good one I would really appreciate it!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130914 Get this GPU instead of the regular 650ti, it is much better.
I would go for either of these PSUs
Seasonic G Series 550W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151119
XFX 550W: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013 If you have the money to spend on a 5800K, go for an FX6300 instead.

Your existing PSU looks like a cheap 300W. Graphic cards get all their power from the +12V rail (circuit). So that is one of the first things you need to be aware of when looking for a new PSU. And yes, you'll need a new PSU to use that card. Before anyone can recommend a PSU for you, we need to know the PC case it will be going into. If it is a slim line or low profile case, certain PSUs won't fit.

One more thing... what motherboard are you planning on putting that APU in? And another thing... you really don't need to be spend extra money on a APU with on-die graphics if you are buying a discrete card. Look into the Athlon X4 750K for less money: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113328

Maybe you should start by upgrading what you have now. Get a feel for working on your PC first. Find out the MB make/model and the CPU you have now. Do you know the CPU you have now?

Yeah! It's an AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 235e Processor 2.70GHz
It's integrated btw.

I give up. It shows a board with an AM2 socket and a processor that takes a AM3 socket. Forget about upgrading that PC. It is probably too hopeless. And the processor is too weak to bother with a serious gfx card and the expense of a new PSU. This is about the best you can go for in the way of a gfx card with your existing PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121714

Or save up for a new PC build.

Explain to me what you mean by "MB". And what's wrong with my RAM?

MB, short for motherboard. You can't put an A10-5800K in that motherboard.
You probably have DDR2 memory in that board. The new processor and its board would require DDR3.
A new MB would require a clean install of the operating system. If yours is an OEM version, you would need to buy a new license for it to be legal.

Yes, that is the type of MB that processor would take. But that particular board is a mITX size. Your case is a mATX. You would have to be sure you can use that in your case. Most cases that accept mATX boards, also accept smaller mITX boards since they use some of the same mtg holes. But really you should look for a mATX size.
