Is it worth paying extra for this RAM?

I know the Corsair is better but still, is it worth it or should i use the PNY?

There's a pretty decent performance gain from 1333 to 1600, so I'd go for it.

What mobo/CPU, and what do you do with your rig, both sets are CL9 so there's a bit of a gain, performance wise - I'd go the 1600, but that's really your your call.....if you only do email, browse the net, a little gaming, word processing, etc the 1333 are prob more than sufficient
