This is what my computer has been doing now for about a month and I cannot for the life of me find the solution....

my specs are...
biostar ta785g3 hd
amd athlon II x2 250 3.0 ghz
4g ram
radeon hd 6670
600 watt psu
win 7 ultimate

This always happens when playing games, even less demanding games like call of duty 4 and it just happened when running prime 95. Heat is not an issue as I have been monitoring temps are they are normal. CPU no more than 60 when playing games and GPU around 50. I tested the ram with my bios own test and it came up fine. I have uninstalled or rolled back drivers then reinstalled til I'm blue in the face. I even reinstalled Windows. But as you see I have included an image of what the screen does when the system shuts down. I don't know if it helps, but I thought it may. I'm thinking graphics but maybe even ram?

Thanks in advance for any help. This is driving me nuts!

What power supply are you using? Is it 80+?

Look on the unit or the box it came in. In a bronze or gold box it'll have "80+ Certified" or something along those lines.
If you can't find it, assume it isn't.

Also, which company made it?
