I plan on getting this build in September. After I get the build I plan on adding another 770 for even more awesomeness. Is there anything I should change? I think its pretty good. Just so you know the 16 gigs of ram and the i7 is for rendering and streaming in Xsplit and sony vegas and other various programs.

The extra wattage is for my second 770. Also there wouldnt be a point in getting the 4GB 770 since the bus width on the 770 is only a 256bit. Thanks for the tip though. I will look into that. Im only playing in 1080p so I hope it wont

Yeah 4gb's will help as for the power supply. First of if you going to get another 770 it will take more power. And If you can afford it might as well get more than you need. It never hurts to have extra headroom for future upgrades!:wahoo:

Wait until September for the suggestions. It is rumored that the AMD is releasing new GPUs in early September so we shall see where things land when they arrive.

I thought the new GPU's wont be coming until late october or even december. Do you have an article for reference I can look at?

how did you come to that conclusion? With two cards, you could run three monitors and will want more VRAM

Doesnt the bus width determine how much of your vram can be used at one time?

They are all rumors but it has been confirmed that the newest never settle promo will include battlefield 4 and the speculation is that the 9970 will be released prior to the release date of Battlefield 4. BF4 has a release date set for October 29 currently...

no, it doesn't. Bus width determines how fast data can be transferred. VRAM stores that data until its needed. The bus will go idle if there isn't enough VRAM and the demand for VRAM depends on your screen size and resolution. If you don't have enough VRAM to store textures, you won't be able to use the high resolutions your monitor is capable of.

It would be the same as Bioshock Infiinte, Tomb Raider, and Crysis 3 promo codes. They were all available prior to the release and you cd key on launch date if you redeemed your code early...
