HX750 too small for twin 770s in SLI on overclocked system ... and since ya have a Hyper 212, assume you overclocking....nvidia says 600 watts + 230 for 2nds card

Tall toothy RAM may hit ya cooler

I made some upgrades, including faster RAM, faster HD w/ 5 year warranty, bigger PSU, ability to watch Blue ray movies and came in @ $60 higher.....

get low profile ram so it won't butt heads with the cpu cooler ( i cant really tell if that ram has a big heatsink)

as for lower prices: if you live near a microcenter, sometimes they have good cpu/motherboard deals. while i dont know if your motherboard is among them, its worth checking it out if you can get there (instore pickup only)
