are acbel PSUs good? my cousin have been bothering me these past few days about this question. he had a 500w acbel PSU with 3 12V rail with 18A on each ral and it is 80+bronze certified.
another question, will the psu can hande a GTX660 with a previous i3-540? no overclocking, just 2 sticks of ram, 1hdd and 1 opt. drive.
