Hi my laptop was banned from the wifi in my house via banning the laptops mac address. I have forgotten the password to get into the router and I know for a fact that the password was changed from the default "password" and the only was for me to connect to my wifi is via a mac address changer which I dont want to use. Anyway to get into my router to change the settings even though I dont have the passcode?
Edit: Its a cisco router and I have already tried resetting the router and using the defult password/username admiin/password
I can connect to the router wired without the mac address changer and have internet access fine.
