When I connect my power cable the LED on my motherboard comes on. However when I hit the power switch on the front, absolutely nothing happens, no CPU & PSU fan spinning, no beeping, nothing. I tried circumventing the powerswitch by short the two pins but with exactly the same result.
Important: I found that the PSU is faulty, while shorting the Green and Black , fan is not spinning properly.After change the PSU result is same.
