Radeon HD 6450 wont work properly

Whenever i put in my new graphics card and attempt to boot my computer my screen only shows pixelated lines covering the normal screen.

Try to clean the contacts on the card, Im no sure if you can just use some alcohol rubbing. If that does not work, you're card might be faulty. Best of luck

are you using a dvi/hdmi output or a dvi-i to vga adapter? could be a bad adapter or cable.

Mine actually has a 400 watt dynux psu (DX-400WPS) which has been working perfectly fine with my computer.
