Black Screen on First Boot-up, Works Fine on Second?

So I just recently built my first build.

After I got it put together and transferred the HDD, I completely re-installed Windows 8. A few days after doing so however, every morning that I go to boot my PC, it just shows this black screen on both of my monitors. The longest I've waited for them to do something is about 40 minutes, and nothing happened. So I restart the computer and everything boots as normal. This happens every morning now. It's not really a problem, just annoying..

The weird thing is that it's happening AFTER I re-installed Windows. The HDD I'm using is brand new as well. Everything about the computer works perfectly besides this and the temps are great as well.

Any suggestions?

Try turning the Windows Boot Manager off in BIOS.

Ok, well I went into the BIOS and it was the #1 boot priority, I tried setting it to boot directly to my HDD, but when I restarted it didn't detect it.

You think the Boot Manager is causing the problem though?

Yeah you can try to do that.
